Single Parents > Exercising > Education
The single parent has little to no time to waste. They need to provide a healthy and positive way of living for them and their children. Exercise is a way to help stay fit, have more energy, and can also provide a fun family activity. 35.4% of single parents are teens ranging from 15-19 years of age. With teens becoming parents so young most do not get to full fill their college education dreams. Colleges are now starting to participate in Degree programs. This allows single parents to go to college and also bring their children with them. The colleges will have on campus free daycare, special grants/scholarships, and special housing.
