This looks like it has turned into a dark story. Having focus on the flower sort of throws me off a bit because the flower is the only one that has bright colors on it everything else is very dark so because of this the postcard almost seems neutral, but I'm going to say negative still just because the imagery is so mysterious and the image of the little kid in the left keeps me wandering if there is something wrong with him.
Great job this really grabbed my attention.

You definitely clued into the main elements that code the postcard. The boy in the picture frame was a way for me to show the result of something so old (the worn camera lens) creating something new. Also, the sequence of Camera > photo > frame, shows that concept as well. The boy represents youth while the old hand represents wise old age and how the circle of life can be seen in the generation contrast. The contrast and the old film lens live in the context of "film & pictures", things that are tangible but delicate at the same time. Things that families collect for years and years and in the end they can be forgotten about in an estate sale instead of cherished.

The camera like the flowers and the people in the photos will all have their time and decay at different rates. The flowers were another channel for the idea of time and decay. Also an element to bring a little color to the pallet.
